  This letter ought to be sent to the icdm@diabetes.or.kr, with a scanned PDF email attachment.
• * The KDA members aged 65 or older are eligible for free registration. In this case they must make early registration.

Payment methods

- Cancellation and refund policy

The organizing committee will refund the registration fee according to the following policy. After the official deadline application for cancellation and refund will not be accepted.

The registration fee is non-refundable after pre-registration.
In the case of COVID-19 confirmed patients, offline attendance can be changed to online attendance
by submitting COVID-19 confirmation documents.

사전등록 마감일 이후에는 등록비 환불이 불가합니다.
코로나에 확진되신 분들의 경우, 확진 증빙 서류를 제출하시면 참석 형태를 오프라인에서 온라인으로 변경해 드립니다.

• * A request for cancelling registration must be pre-notified in writing to the secretariat by e-mail.
• * Cancelling registration by phone is not accepted.
• * To transfer registration fee to another is not allowed.
